When a tenant is referred, a Housing Stability Risk Assessment is completed to quickly understand the situation. Our team then works directly with the tenant to create a simple and clear action plan that addresses the specific issues affecting their ability to remain housed.

Through targeted interventions and coordination with community resources, we help stabilize situations and help resolve issues before eviction becomes necessary.

The result is a structured, proactive approach that helps stabilize tenancies, reduce eviction risk, and support successful housing outcomes for both tenants and property managers.
